From Hourly Billing to Contracted Fleet Health
Unplanned breakdowns are a procurement failure, not just a maintenance failure. Aviation GSE converts your ground fleet from reactive servicing cycles to structured PMI programs — with defined inspection intervals, scheduled service windows, and full digital documentation.
Our PMI contracts are built around your operational calendar, not ours. Service windows are established collaboratively and honored consistently.
- Structured Inspection IntervalsScheduled PMI cycles designed around manufacturer specifications and operational duty cycles — not arbitrary time-based triggers.
- Predictable Cost ModelReplace unpredictable time-and-materials billing with contracted rates and defined scope. No surprise invoices.
- CAMMS Digital ReportingAll work orders, inspection records, and billing managed in CAMMS — full audit-ready documentation on demand.
- Contiguous Service Records for Airline AuditsA structured PMI program running through CAMMS generates an unbroken maintenance history for every unit in your fleet. When your airline customer walks in for a compliance audit, that record is ready — complete, time-stamped, and defensible.
- Third-Party Deficiency AuditsAviation GSE supports ground handlers through third-party regulatory audits — including structured assessment and documentation for any equipment found deficient or involved in a ground incident.
On-Ramp Response.
Any Airport We Serve.
When equipment goes down on the ramp, the clock starts immediately. Aviation GSE field technicians hold active RAIC credentials and Airside Vehicle Operator's Permits (AVOP) — enabling direct, unrestricted access to secured apron areas at our active stations.
For repairs requiring shop-level attention, we coordinate equipment tows from the ramp to the nearest Aviation GSE facility — managing logistics, airside release documentation, and return scheduling end to end.
Tow logistics are coordinated directly by Aviation GSE — covering airside release, transport, and return-to-service documentation regardless of which station the equipment is located at.
AVOP (Airside Vehicle Operator's Permit) authorizes our technicians to operate vehicles on the apron at controlled airports, including Toronto Pearson.
via CAMMS
Every service event is captured, time-stamped, and linked to your equipment records in CAMMS. No manual gaps. No disputed work orders. Full visibility for your maintenance, finance, and operations teams — and a contiguous, audit-ready service history you can produce on demand for airline compliance reviews or regulatory inspections.
